The Edition
You can have more than one original in sculpture. The sculptor decides upon the number in the edition. All of the edition are exactly alike. All of the edition are of equal value. All of the edition are numbered and signed by the sculptor.

Unique
When the sculptor has created only one image it is said to be unique. Since there is only one it is not numbered.

indicates number remaining in edition for sale
