Medals of Distinction Bronze and Acrylic Eight medals framed 2002 $3000.00 Canadian Funds + S/H In commemoration of those who died in the Nazi Concentration Camps WWII.  These prisoners were forced to wear cloth triangles to identify their "crime." Each colour represented the status of the prisoner. 1. Yellow Triangle - Jew 2. Black Triangle - Asocial ( Lesbians and women who refused to bear children) 3. Pink Triangle - Homosexual 4. Blue Triangle - Emigrant 5. Green Triangle - Criminal 6. Purple Triangle - Religious (Mostly Jehovah Witnesses) 7. Brown Triangle - Gypsy 8. Red Triangle - Political |
